Bring your own AI model

Your sandboxes work with the AI model you choose: Claude, ChatGPT / Codex or others via OpenCode. You connect your own subscription or API key, so you keep full control over which provider sees your data and what it costs. Model usage is not included in the price and is billed by your AI provider.

How billing works

Who can subscribe?

Businesses and other organisations only. During checkout we ask for your company name and VAT number. We do not sell to consumers.

How do I pay?

The first payment is made with iDEAL | Wero or a credit card. After that we collect automatically: by SEPA direct debit (set up through your iDEAL payment) or by card. Payments are processed by Stripe; you receive an invoice for every period.

Can I change the number of sandboxes?

Yes, in the customer portal. Extra sandboxes are available right away and you pay pro rata for the rest of the current period. Fewer sandboxes take effect at the end of the current period.

How does renewal and cancelling work?

A monthly subscription renews every month, a yearly subscription every year. We remind yearly customers 30 days before renewal. You can cancel any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your environment is paused straight away and your data stays safe. Once the invoice is paid, everything starts again automatically. If it remains unpaid for 60 days, the subscription ends and your data is deleted.

What happens to my data when I leave?

We keep it for 60 days after the subscription ends, so you can ask us for an export. After that we delete it permanently.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, sometimes, with a discount code that you enter during checkout. The yearly plan always gives you two months free.
